Personal Trainer
As a competitive powerlifter, natural bodybuilder, and qualified personal trainer, I possess six years of extensive experience in providing 1-on-1 online training and sports nutrition coaching. Over the past ten years, I have honed my training skills, achieving remarkable milestones, such as setting a South African junior powerlifting record in 2019. Recently, I secured the top position in the men's open Under 90kg category and earned the overall best male lifter title at COTC 2023. In my approach to fitness and life, I firmly believe in not sacrificing long-term goals for momentary comfort. I recognize that embracing challenges and pushing beyond our comfort zones is the key to continuous growth. Over time, these challenges become more manageable and even enjoyable, bringing forth immense rewards. Regular training serves as an investment in our physical and mental well-being, enhancing our appearance, confidence, and overall capabilities. This dedication to training empowers us both in the present and throughout our lifetimes, contributing to a healthier and more fulfilling existence.

I have joined Ultranasium in June 2023 and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
